League Cup: Hampden semi-finals 'beyond SPFL control' - Neil Doncaster

The "regrettable inconvenience" to fans of having both Scottish League Cup semi-finals at Hampden on the same day is "beyond" the SPFL's control, says chief executive Neil Doncaster.
