Citizens pay the price for littering as they choose Time over Fine

This Saturday (29 August 2015) 30 people will take part in a Clean Glasgow Fine or Time event that sees the group pick up litter in an area of the city in lieu of paying a Fixed Penalty Notice for littering or dog fouling.
