New council plan unveiled ahead of expected financial challenges

Glasgow Council has unveiled a new strategic plan which will allow it to continue to meet its goal of being a world class city that is focused on economic growth and tackling poverty and inequality, as it prepares for the unprecedented financial challenge of the next two years.
